How many email lists can I have?

You may create any number of lists. You may wish to create many separate lists of subscribers in order to target information appropriately. You can create a different list for each newsletter, or promotion or for each interest group.

How do you charge for emails?

We have a sliding scale of charges based on the maximum number of emails you wish to send out in a month. You pay a flat monthly fee, so you know how much your email campaigns will cost. You may send as many mailings as you wish each month, you are restricted to a maximum number of emails dependent on the package you buy.

What happens if an email bounces back?

MailshotPro handles these automatically, so your email account is not clogged up with returned mail. You may run a report to see which emails bounced back.

What is considered as spam?

Spam is defined as "unsolicited mass email to persons with whom you do not have a business relationship or who have not requested your mailing". MailshotPro is intended for those who have an established mailing list. We only provide our sevice to those who follow our strict anti-spam policy. You may not send emails using purchased email lists using MailshotPro. Please read our Anti-Spam Policy.

How can I create a mailing list?

MailshotPro lets you create a form to put onto your website so visitors may sign-up to your newsletter or e-mailings automatically. You may send newsletters to all your existing business contacts. Any contact who does not wish to receive future mailings can automatically unsubscribe.

How can members unsubscrbe from my list?

MailshotPro does this for you automatically. Anyone who clicks on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of your email, will be automatically removed from your database. You can run a report to tell you who has unsubscribed.
